Hacking ..R4 Injektor doesn't work.

Shed some light on this... Please?

When I try to download R4 Injektor off GBATemp, it says file transfer failed.

I tried about 10 times, then I decided that it wasn't gonna work for me.

Then I searched "R4 Injektor" on Google, and nothing related to what I want, came up.
