Hacking R4 DSi LL Upgrade green package, how to patch?

okay so i bought this cheap rip off r4 cuz the patch for the acekard2i isn't available yet.

so in this green packaged r4
i downloaded the kernel and patches from here ->http://www.ndsill.net/downloade1.asp
firmware or i think the kernel in english here -> http://r4i-factory.com/green.html

so i want to patch the firmware to play it in my 3DS. so used my old DS, but when i patched it, it only says failed.

so i'm pretty sure that it didnt patch. when i tried it on my 3ds, it wont work.
help me patch this thing

Card Check Fail means that you used the wrong patch.

You need the firmware patch for your specific card model, that is the site printed on your card, and only that update will work.

Just contact the online store where you bought this card from and ask for help.
