Homebrew Questions before installing al9h and luma

Hi, I just installed luma and al9h on my sister's 3ds who doesnt need to play online, go to the eshop and all that kinda things. I wanna proceed to the installation as well on my own 3ds but I happen to be playing a lot online.
I would like to know if :

• I will lose my purchased games/content if I go to the eshop/play online games
• I can get banned for playing online/going on the eshop
• Bad things can occur if I go online with any non authorized apps

don't cheat online and don't play leaked games online before release (e.g. Pokémon Sun and Moon), and you'll be fine.

2. You well only get banned for cheating online or going online before release
3. Nothing will happen unless that app is a full game that hasn't come out yet

you can do whatever, as long as it's not a game that isnt out yet. Even if it was you'd be fine as long as you didnt play online. Nintendo cant see what you play.
