Hardware Questions about Vita/PS4 connections.

Ill make this as simple as i can. I have a vita, my friend is going to buy a PS4, we will have different accounts for our respective devices. With that in mind can i do the following:

1) Use my Vita as a controller for his PS4 if we played a 2player game?
2) Do we have to share the same account to do remote play?
3) Will i be able to use my vita to interact with him on his PS4? (live messaging / See what he's playing)
4) Broadcast my Vita game onto the TV using his PS4?

2) Do we have to share the same account to do remote play? If I remember, yes you do.
3) Will i be able to use my vita to interact with him on his PS4? (live messaging / See what he's playing) Yes, I see friends playing their PS4 every time I sign in on my Vita.
4) Broadcast my Vita game onto the TV using his PS4? No, that's what a Vita TV is for.
