1.-Why ApacheThunder isn't releasing RocketLauncher, the last time in his video he says: "I will releasing soon"
The video was posted 5 months ago

2.-Can we have a thread about DSI browserhax ?

3.-Can someone make a plan of a DSI XL for extracting the NAND ?

4.-Can shutterbug2000 post the sourcecode of ugopwn ?

1. Devs will release their work when it's done, please do not pester them about releasing it.
2. Make one or use the search function on this forum to see if there's already one.
3. NAND dumping on DSi and DSi XL already exist, they require hardmods.
4. No, sourcecode will be released when shutterbug feels like releasing it, again don't pester him about releasing it.

1. Something something he's not willing to risk people bricking something something won't test working tools because he doesn't have a hardmod.
2. No it doesn't exist, and is unlikely to exist.
3. https://jerbear64.github.io/twlguide/install-v1.4.html This guide helps to downgrade and back up nand (though it's not a "clean" nand backup, it can easily be made to be restorable again).
4. If he doesn't want to release it then he's not going to release it.

Please can devs not post that they will release soon to whip up a frenzy and then change their minds.

Remember all those games that became vaporware?

If its a virgin system, i remember that on the XL systems, they come preloaded with 1 exploitable app or game, dont remember which one is it, but iirc it comes.

Likely.
But going on the little info OP has left us, a hardmod is the only thing.

I don't have Flipnote Studio on my DSI XL and it's an european console so currently the only way for me to hack my console is hardmod, and I want to shutterbug2000 post the sourcecode of ugopwn because other peoples can work on it to make it EUR and JPN compatible even if I cannot hack my console.

Upgrading quickly can depend on what you're trying to upgrade. Can you provide more information about what you're looking to upgrade, and what you're hoping to achieve by upgrading quickly?
