2. Make one or use the search function on this forum to see if there's already one.
3. NAND dumping on DSi and DSi XL already exist, they require hardmods.

NAND dumping on DSi and DSi XL already exist, they require hardmods.

You can dump the nand without hardmod, if you have the correct soft-tools, and also the correct DSI system firmware.

FW can dump and restore the NAND yes.
Been using it a lot.

However, in OP's case, it's likely he's on a virgin system.

1. Something something he's not willing to risk people bricking something something won't test working tools because he doesn't have a hardmod.
2. No it doesn't exist, and is unlikely to exist.
3. https://jerbear64.github.io/twlguide/install-v1.4.html This guide helps to downgrade and back up nand (though it's not a "clean" nand backup, it can easily be made to be restorable again).

If its a virgin system, i remember that on the XL systems, they come preloaded with 1 exploitable app or game, dont remember which one is it, but iirc it comes.

But going on the little info OP has left us, a hardmod is the only thing.

I don't have Flipnote Studio on my DSI XL and it's an european console so currently the only way for me to hack my console is hardmod, and I want to shutterbug2000 post the sourcecode of ugopwn because other peoples can work on it to make it EUR and JPN compatible even if I cannot hack my console.
