that will be your only solution

copy all the files off your SD card,
format your system memory, then restore the contents
Well, not gonna do that if I lose the CFW games... But atleast I can download games again :)
So thank you guys for helping (again!)
Maybe themes will work again if I format my sd card and copy back the stuff

true, so he'll be best off waiting until he can rehack it
That's what I'm going to do :)

Fun fact, I downloaded pokemon red on cfw and now it's a legit game xd
Do know that I have the original gameboy cart, so that's not piracy right?

Okay, just to be sure...
If I just backup my sd card, format my sd card and then copy back the backup, everything will be the same right? All those CFW games are still on there?

If you only do that, yes, those will be there.

But if you want the theme shop to work again, it only gets fixed until you System Format, only formatting the SD card won't solve the problem. But System Format will effectively render your actual game files unusable and you won't be able to recover your saves.

Yeah, but for some this worked for the themes? Maybe if I first try to delete all the theme data in extdata.

I read nearly all the comments in the thread you talk about, and no, it didn't work for anyone who tried that. Only System Format fixed it.

You can try, though, you'll only lose some time, it won't ruin your games.

Added: Forget what I said, I read the thread about the download error, not about the Theme Shop.

I read this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-error-007-6106.398979/

Go ahead and try what you say. I was wrong, sorry.
Well, it didn't work :P
Even deleted the rest of the themes, also didn't change a thing.

I am too scared to access the storage via system settings to delete the theme data, as I think that would delete all of the CFW games :/

No problem entering Data Management. Games will simply appear with a big red cross next to their icon, but won't be deleted.
