Hello everyone, been a long time lurker on the forums but first time posting.
I am wondering if there is a way to transfer "legit" CIA (the ones that came preinstalled on 3ds and extracted with FunkyCIA), i've seen somewere that they were signed in a way to allow them to run on emunand or something when installed, but i've never been able to make it work.
so here is my gear :
- A 3ds with 4.5 sysnand (and a 9.2 sysnand backup)
- my first SD card is a 16 Go running CFW
- my second SD card is a 4 Go running emunand 9.5
the CFW and sysnand are linked, but the emunand isn't

NB : i have no way to get my hand on another 3ds, and have no 3ds flashcard.
