Question for transfering save file or pokemon from modded switch to switch 2

I apologize if this is a dumb question im quite new to it but let me just lay out the context

- I have a modded switch with legends ZA
- I also have a switch 2 with a legit copy of legends ZA

How can i transfer my save file from the modded switch to switch 2? Will i risk getting a ban?

Also is it fine to trade pokemon from my modded switch to switch 2 (legit copy) through local wireless trade, as well as battle?

What are some of the risks, obviously im not doing anything crazy like trading hacked mon and such, everything is legit (in terms of pokemon) on my modded switch.

You are better off just trading pokémon over than doing a save transfer, you risk a ban by transferring a save from a modded Switch to a unmodded switch 1 then to a switch 2.

Yes, just do trade locally, between the modded switch and a switch 2. In term of profile transfer you can't profile transfer the same profile if you log into the same switch profile on a switch 1, since there is the same profile on it, unless it is just a brand new switch 2. You can't transfer the same profile that is already login into that switch 2.
