Transfer saves from banned switch 1 to switch 2

Is there any way to transfer my saved games from a banned Nintendo Switch 1 to an unbanned Switch 2? I have the Pokémon Shining Pearl events and I'd hate to have them stuck on my Switch 1.

Can't system transfer from banned Switch 1 to Switch 2 directly, you can do banned Switch 1 transfer to another Switch 1 then transfer to Switch 2.

Do you know if there's a guide? Every time I try to transfer my save file, I get the error message that the Nintendo Switch can't use Nintendo services.

You need two modded switch, your current one and one that is not banned, to transfer your data, but you probably will get banned again.
