ROM Hack [Question] Editing the in-game text for Super Smash Bros

As the title says, I'm mainly looking to edit the text for the songs.

Is it possible? I have a decrypted rom and I cannot find it anywhere.

The text is most likely stored in the dt file, which means that you will have to have the files exactly the same size as what was outputted if you want to repack and use (last time I looked into ssb4 rom hacking at least) so you are better off just waiting until we can freely pack and unpack dtls
