Hacking [Question] Does the N3DS LL (Japanese), can play ANY region game with CFW?

Hi guys;

Im planning to get a white N3DS LL, just because its white, but i do know that its region locked for cartridge games.
what about the CIA games using LUMA3DS? do i need anything else besides LUMA? like, NTR and stuff like that?

i do know that theres a special package for downgrading, since there are some cias that need to be deleted before downgrading, however, is it pretty much straight forwards to use the region free/ usa /eur .cia games?

Luma3DS is just what you need.

Region changing is almost completely unnecessary since Luma3DS now supports Region Free game installs.

GBA is region free. I don't know about SNES, though.

It's going to be Japan unless you region change your N3DS.

It's not worth getting a JAP unit just get a black US and save yourself the hassle.
