Hacking Question about save injection

I have an O3DS XL, with A9LH at 11.0.
I want to inject saves from cia installed games into cart, and i downloaded savedatafiler.
I have a few questions:
I saw that some games are card1 and some card2. Does this affect my save injection?
I read about the keyY games. will savedatafiler be able to inject these?
Is there another program that's better?
And one final question, is it at all possible to inject saves from CIA to a cart game?

Nope, all four major save managers (JK, SaveDataFiler, svdt, save_manager) work at a higher level that doesn't care about these implementation details

Yep, same reason as above (if a tool weren't compatible with Pokemon, it would be slammed very soon)

And one final question, is it at all possible to inject saves from CIA to a cart game?

Yep, just extract from the source, go to the destination and import!
