Pokemon black cartridge save problem

I have a funny situation.
I have a modded new 3ds XL and bought a japanese pokemon black cartridge to try to transport my pokemon from emulated emerald into pokemon bank. This pokemon black cartridge had its own save with completed game which I damped and saved on my PC. Started a new save, got to the pokemon center and damped this save to inject my pokemon from emulator. I decided to check trainer info in pkhex and noticed that country and region information fields on my new save are empty. Checked them in the original save - it shows Japan, Kanagawa.
Why? Will it be a problem when I'll try to transport my pokemon into bank?

Why not try it and find out..? The worst thing that will happen is that it will stop you. (I don't think anyone's gotten banned from Pokemon Bank for trying to transfer an invalid Pokemon before.)
