Hacking Question about patching iOS 80

That error means your Wii U couldn't connect to Nintendo's update servers. Restart the console and try again. If you have Pretendo, disable it. If it's still happening, make sure you don't have anything that can block system updates.
Yes I figured it was Pretendo, can't seem to disable it, supposedly it's on the SD card, I tried to update but it it said it was already up to date.
 
Pretendo should be an Aroma plugin called inkay, disable it. Also check if you don't have any kind of DNS set up on your wifi connection (on your Wii U), then try again. If it still says "it's up to date", re-run Decaffeinator.

I did now, don't know about the DNS part but changed the connection settings to what it's normaly supposed to be again, I have also unplugged the USB stick and even removed the SD card, still it keeps saying "up to date". Is there much risk in Forcing the update through Decaffeinator?

I tried the forced update but it just does the same thing, send me to system settings and still it keeps saying system is up to date...
