ROM Hack Question about hack idea (Project X Zone)

The japanese game has certain BGMs that didn't make it here.
In case these are still in the USA game data, is it possible to make a patch to restore them and get them to play when they should?

I really really want to hear ROCKS while playing.

I wish I knew about this too. I really want to hear the original opening of the game instead of the random BGM they used here for an opening. :/
