Emulation Gaming ROM Hack Emulator Question about Emulation

Hello everyone, long time no see, i´ve got another question.
How can i "re-program" my DSIXL to play pokemon emerald, ruby and saphire??

It´s because i also look different videos teaching how to play this games in a DS, but i don´t have much experience doing this tipe of things, so what can i do to play this 3 games??

The easiest/best way to go about this is to follow https://dsi.cfw.guide/. From there you can run the game ROM on your SD card from TWiLight Menu++ / GBARunner2

If you are using a flashcard (aka an R4), you can use this build of GBARunner2 or TWiLight Menu++

Yea, if you have a DSi system your best bet is GBArunner2. You need to install cfw first in order to use it btw, just follow the provided guide above.
As for the performance it's getting better. Though if you have a 3ds system i would highly recommend using that instead to play GBA games, since you can use either GBA Virtual Console Injects or Open_agb_firm to play GBA games flawlessly and with perfect compatibility.
