Hacking Question about DSi purchases

I'm planning to upgrade to a DSi XL and I got a question about my purchases. I bought 5 DSiWare games and linked my Club Nintendo account in the DSi shop. If I transfer to the XL, will I be able to re-download those games on it for free?

Also, if I buy the DSi XL, will I get free 1000 points just like when DSi was released or is there no such offer?

The offer ends at the end of March, so I should think that's still the case. As for the transfer, I'm not sure, but my guess would be no.

Transfers are as far as I know not possible because the DSiWare (or even the account?) is linked to your DSi, and only that DSi. So there's no way you can transfer the DSiWare you already bought
