Hacking Question about converting loadiine ready games to wup installer format.

When using nuspacker, do i apply the sig codes with Isohack-master before or after the file is packed? I seem to be missing alot of the files after using it with this .bat file:
java -jar NUSPacker.jar -in "C:\Users\natha_000\Desktop\Secret of Mana [SCMN01]" -out "C:\Users\natha_000\Desktop\output"

I am trying to convert a loadiine vc inject that was made.

Okay i think i know what was going on with it.I didnt inject it correctly and i have got it fixed.
