ROM Hack Question about Arm11 error

So I updated the 3ds and go tthe whole Arm11 exception error. I managed to fix it but I also want to transfer all my files from the 4 Gb sd card they give you to a 128 Gb sd card to have more space available. But when I tried to copy and paste my files from the 4 Gb sd card (The one where I fixed the Arm11 glitch) to the 128 Gb one and put it in the ds, the error message appears. Does anyone know why this still happens and how to fix it? i'm really bad with any thing that involves manipulating data so it would help me a lot thank you

Is the new 128GB card formatted as FAT32? I think Windows doesn't allow you to format bigger cards as FAT32 by default, so you might have to use a third-party program if you're using Windows.

So I checked and my 128GB sd card is formatted as exFAT

The 3DS only supports FAT32. You need to reformat the SD card.
