Hacking Putting saved games ceated by flashcards into legit DS games

Any DS homebrew app or tool that can transfer the save game created by a flashcard into a legit (or retail) DS game?

But you can either purchase yourself a NDS Backup Adapter Plus (which will even work with Pokemon HGSS and BW), or if you have a Slot-2 flash cart, then you can use this: http://www.mediafire.com/?wpz3nyh8gs9sz5d (note that it does NOT work with all games. Slot2 cart does not include a 3in1 plus, does it? I have tried this with mine, but it doesn't work.

I know you can back up a save with a action replay,can you convert a sav from a flash card into the real saving thing and inject it using the action replay?
