the ability to background download when manually selecting sleep mode.

Fuck yeah. This was pissing me off.

I don't want to sit around for 20 min, having to keep my Vita from falling asleep just to download a game. Now I can just cue the download and put it in sleep mode.

The other updates are minor but look useful. I just want them to support web browsing during gaming (which doesn't work for some games, it'd be awesome to be able to pull up a guide or something and switch back and forth), screenshots in PSP games, and maybe make the PSP title selection actually good. I mean no Peace Walker? You shittin' me Sony?

EDIT: Well, when all this comes I'll be looking forward to it. It's a shame the update got pulled (I wasn't able to download it).

Not sure if it's only pulled in the US, I got the update and I managed to post a few screens directly from my updated Vita

you can just leave it, vita doesnt go into sleep mode when its doing something if you leave it.

Wow, they release the update only to remove it. Well, at least they are being quick about these things.

I just downloaded v1.66 this morning. Nothing super noticeable but it jumbled around my LiveArea bubbles which annoyed me. Took me all of a minute to put them back in place.
