Gaming PSO2 servers are up?

Can't seem to access the game, but they said the servers are supposed to be up from ~30 minuets ago for the next 5 hours.
Can anyone enter? it keeps getting stuck in the first screen (after pressing start game) with the 3 bars, and the 1st bar is like 1/10 full...

EDIT: never mind, just found out on pso-world that it's downloading [extremely slowly] a patch. Thank god for Google.
