I'm pretty sure this is impossible without CFW and even then I don't think they would transfer even if you could purchase it. You can't transfer EUR to USA :/ or vice versa

Nope Australia has always been PAL (which follows the UK/EUR) while NTSC is USA, which as we found then Canada follows

Yep as nooby said, I got it while browsing CHMM2. The music is Zelda's Lullaby and the icons make the opening chest sound when you open them :-)
