Hi. I have error code 80830000 (Shutdown or Freeze After SAM_IPL Loaded - GDDR6 Data Line Issue (Replace)). Maybe someone have meet it? Should I start to replace all Ram ic’s or its something different?

For anyone interested, I've created a branch of amoamare's tool. Basically, his version was failing a bit all over the place for me, so chose this route. I've done some tidying up, fixed some bugs, and included some missing codes. I'm also printing out relative timestamp info that can come handy at times. You can find my fork in Github. As a new user on this forum I'm not able to post the direct link it seems.

I think it is apu. things that I did:
- It has all the voltages
-no metal liquid splits
- there are no shorts
-with a thermal camera all the ram modules heat up normally.
Something strange happens because there are times that it turns on with a continuous fixed blue light, and I see that the SSD memory does not heat up at all. After being hot and turning off due to overheating( 3 beeps) (with plate without retainer) it only gives a single blue light again.

I think it is an APU reballing problem, it will be my first PS5 reballing, I will comment when I do it.

After reflowing the Apu, the result is even worse, now there is also a very low resistence at the output of one of the ram sources.(It should be 40 ohm).
The APU is short, no solution.

لقد قمت بالتبديل بواحد لا يحتوي على نفس الرقم المطبوع لأنه ليس لدي متبرع بنفس الرقم المتاح تمامًا. منذ ذلك الحين حصلت على هذا الخطأ 8080001A.

لذلك قمت بالتبديل مرة أخرى إلى TPM الأصلي ولكن لا تزال هناك مشكلات BLOD وTPM Power مدتها ثانيتان مذكورة في سجل الأخطاء.

I have a PS5 with similar code, but different symptoms. It boots, goes to white light and shows boot animation on the screen. Begins to video glitch and then reboots. I thought maybe RAM or APU, but have not taken steps to repair.

There is no screen activation. When you hold down the power button, it does not go into recovery.

I'm wondering which ram module is bank 3? I cannot find an overview which bank is where on the board. Any chance you can help me out? Thanks
