The console freezes after 30 minutes of playing, sometimes even faster when the game is loaded from the disc. Does anyone know what this error is? Thanks

I check my PS5 UART and this is the error code i get. Do you think reballing APU might solve the problem?

I got the same APU error when i waited PS5 to shut down properly. I tested a couple of times. My PS5 is stuck at PS logo and i tried all the possible fixes in Safe Mode.
I had this one too. I believe (not sure) GDDR6 Data Line Issue (Replace) is because it can't reach GDDR6 because of APU.

From my knowledge the GDDR6 rams are the eight ram moduls around the APU. And this fault 'Data Line Issue' may refere to a problem with the APU to communicate with the one of the rams. But I'm not quite sure how it differs to a ram sided issue, where the ram could be replaced.
I replaced the PSU, and I've got the same issue:

Do you have SkHynix memory on board, or it is Samsung/Micron ? I have 2 CFI-12xx with this error and both of them have SkHynix memory chips. I tried to get temperature while I'm stuck in safe mode without any response and reaction on gamepad, and they got hot up to 90C within 30 seconds. I think it is not normal at all.

I bought an NVMe SSD drive, moved all games to the SSD drive, and played for a second day without any crashes from DVD discs or the internal disk. I think error 808B00FF: Known Unknown 823 (Power) - Report Findings and 808300F0: Secure Loader Error are related to the on-board SSD chips or controller.
My PS5 Only runs for about 10-20 seconds then I get a black screen. Recovery mode does not have the same issue.Things I have done thus far.*Updated Firmware (recovery mode)*Rebuild database and clear cache (recovery mode)*Reset the System (recovery mode). It would be awesome to get some help regarding this.
FYIS5 stays on when this happens and when pushing down the power button I get 3 beeps then I need to force shutdown the console by holding power button or I need to pull the plug. The sound comes and goes while console is on.
INTERESTING PART: When I hold down to power button to turn the console off I get this error "80C00140: APU Freeze (No Response) - GDDR6 Data Line Issue (Replace)"
When I turn it off by pulling out the cord I get this "B0088108: Known Unknown 810 (Chip or Data) - Report Findings"

A long pulsing blue light is mostly APU related.
Till now I encountered:
A) liquid metall found its way through the sealing on the APU and is shorting one or more little components surounding the die.
B) broken solder joint/connections between APU and mainboard
