PS5 slim edm 040 uart error 80871001

Hi to all!

I´ve a ps5 slim model edm -040 wich only beeps, no blue light

Uart error code:
80871001 Low DDR4 Error (Power Failure or Short Circuit)

Initially have ssd controller error, after i´ve reball it, have the code that i´ve mentioned

The power on voltages in the chip RT5127 are in the picture.

The second pic, are voltages from a fat version

Somebody know, how can i determine, if cxd90070gg are bad

80871001 usually means the DDR4 chip itself or its power lines are bad. Compare the voltages to a known-good board like you did-if they match but it still beeps, the CXD90070GG is likely faulty and would need replacement or reballing again.

I´ve do reballing, without luck, i´ve need to wait the new cxd to arrive
