Hi everyone, I’m working on a PS5 Fat EDM‑033 that originally had a damaged HDMI port which I replaced, but after the repair the console would only give a single beep and a very brief blue flash without booting. While checking the board, I found that the 3.3 V standby rail was missing, so I replaced the 15JL and the 3.3 V standby came back. Since then, the console reacts to the power button with a beep, but it still won’t start and I no longer get any blue light at all. I also don’t have any of the voltages marked in red on the screenshot (1.8 V, 3.3 V main, and 0.9 V).

Sounds like the standby rail is back but the PMIC isn’t enabling the main rails. Check power-on signals (EN pins), shorts on 1.8 V/0.9 V, and HDMI area damage-very likely PMIC or downstream short.
