Hello everyone, I have a short in this capacitor, can anyone help me with check the value of it for replacement. thanks

So it is a "buck converter" not just a capacitor (it sure looks like one)? They should making components identifiable mandatory...

The yellow marked cap is a smoothing cap for the input of the dcdc converter (021 marking).

SMD capacitors don't have marking but the dc converter does.(021)
The capacitor is connected to the VIN pin and according to the datasheet a 10uF capacitor should do the trick.
I would recommend removing it and measuring for a short again.
The dc converter might be connected to ground internally which also makes it look like you have a short in your capacitor.
