Hardware Ps4 SAD-001 no power on

Hi to all!

I've a ps4 slim model: SAD-001, with no power on.

If i press the eject button, only beeps, but no power on. I've can't see red led of standby, if i press power button, don't turn on, checking voltages and correctly function of the power button, it have voltage, pressing it, 0v.

Checking the motherboard, have a short in the point in the images.

Can be a bad SB? somebody know, wich voltage are in the line? 3v3? To inject and check if is problem is SB, or some cap
