There is a method for copying games via account copying using hardware to flash user accounts to the internal memory. Idk how exactly but it’s the same deal as account sharing and glitching it to remain the active one.

once you go on PSN though: they’re all deactivated and no longer work.

I mean that's probably what they showed in the video. they probably showed the system information section where it said 7.51, then proceeded to play some random game. in order to dump a game, you need the game to boot, then minimize. whether it's on newer firmware makes no difference. though, someone somehow dumped final fantasy vii remake (not the demo). it's 84GBs and requires 7.02 or should anyway. doubtful it can be backported.
You theory is right, i know 100% Azif or any of the hackers working on it found already a way to play on 7.51 or even on 8.00, its about time and they will take over.

I remember some sort of modchip to allow account sharing for 99 users, but I thought it was patched somehow. then, there's that one account circling temp. the account is activated, but how in the world are you supposed to get that on to a different system? that would be shear incompetence on the part of sony if you could do that. I don't remember which key it is, but on the ps3, it uses one of the per console keys, so that you can't use another person's account. besides, it sounds like a way to get banned easily. people were doing that on the 360. the catch is that if the device id is different, you have to sign in to live and stay signed while playing the game(s). major red flag to have the same account playing multiple games at the same time. many people were banned as a result. I wouldn't try it on the ps4 if you value your account and system.

wait, isn't that the way it is on the switch as well? having to be signed in if using the same account but on a secondary system (if you want to play the primary switch's games)? I don't think the primary system has to be signed in ever unless it needs to check the nso games (if you're a member).

this ps4 better get ready to fly cos it's doing my fucking nut in, 5.05 never had any issues installing pkg files regardless of size. 6.72 can't do shit with it as it always gives an error CE-36244-9, tried different ways to install pkg (USB,ext HDD, remote package installer and HB store) also grabbed pkg from different sources as well as extracting on different drives. tried rebuilding database with no luck. now trying initializing ps4 as all my games went missing after the rebuilding. my windows open ready for launch time.

Initializing will format the drive. Be careful.
already lost all the installed games when rebuilding the database so i've already started the process, i have my proper ps4 up to date this one was an old phat model i had stuck in the cupboard so couldn't give a shit about this model

It’s weird but I’ve had similar issues where the PKG is corrupt for some unknown reason. Re-copying a PKG over the existing on my external hdd fixes the issue every time meaning there was something wrong with the pkg digest (corruption) at some point before installation.

Backup your saves first. It doesn't matter if they're decrypted. There's a way to get around that later. I guess you have nothing to lose beyond that. I'm still on 5.05, but the tutorial on installing to an external-- the op mentions only being able to install on 6.72 with remote install. You might look up that error on devwiki. I'm on my phone atm.

i was on 6.72 when using remote install but it still errored out, the pkg run through pkgverfier with out issueso i guess thats ruled out. i can only think the the ps4 HDD is having a shit fit so thats the reason why i'm doing what i'm doing now. as for game saves not bothered about them as all the important ones are on my main ps4. on 5.05 was using hen but not really sure about 6.72, i got / had leefuls page cached as xproject wouldn't let me cache the page as that brought up an "cache deleted after FW spoof - numbers don't add up) or something along those lines.

I think that x project error means you deleted the cache after the spoof was running in memory

You need to restart and delete that cache without running hen.

all i done is cleared my cache then loaded up his page from the consolehax link and instantly hit with that error message, i guess i'll try xprojects one again once the formats finished

thats what i was doing as it kept telling me to reboot, never got the chance to load hen or mira through xprojects ended up using leefuls V6 i think

The cache will be cleared with a format.

If you want to clear everything, format the hdd on the pc. You'll have to go into disk management on the pc to format the 15 so partitons since the drive won't show up otherwise.

this will be the last thing i try tonight got work in about 6 hours, always start things too late, if it errors again i'll try a different HDD tomorrow as i have a few sitting about.

hayato213 well im gonna wait beacuse i saw these users saying that theres a downgrade and a exploit and they lied to me and a updated to 7.51 because of them:angry:
Your fault for not doing research, it’s been a well-known fact there’s no downgrade a simple Google search will sufficed

it sucks, I won’t lie but it’s not like it’s hidden knowledge or somethingAnd if A downgrade got released it would be front-page news

My only advice( cause I am suffering like you because of 6.72) leave the ps4 alone for a couple of months till jailbreak 6.72 gets more stable.

that error -- this is what it says on dev wiki:

Downloaded data may be corrupted // Console Error // Step 1: Delete the content from home screen, then restart the system. Next, re-download the content from the Library. Step 2: If the error persists, go to [Settings] > [Initialization] > [Initialize PS4] and try the PS4 initialization. Step 3: If the error occurs again there may be an issue with the PS4's hard drive (HDD). If you have previously changed the HDD, use the other HDD. If not, please visit our Contact page to contact SCEA for additional technical support.
