So bad that the translation isn't a localization, because I know that they make references to places from other AA games, I know that they are minor things, but it isn't a "full experience".

Anyway, if I can enjoy of the main story, the conversations and the references of the same game, I'm going to be really really satisfied.

We do have translation notes and we do try to make references work if they don't get awkward. Like we said multiple times, it's not a "pure" translation. We just don't "localize" names and places, or even the personalities of characters, like someone else did.

Really excited to play this game, for a bit of off topic stuff, does OOThax for the homebrew launcher still work on the latest build? I don't want to update and not be able to access it again, but at the same time I want to be able to download stuff off the e-shop

Before everyone goes all off topic, and things get out of hand, I'll give you a quick recommendation. If you don't care about CFW, I would say to update to 11.2, add all the new HBL files to your SD card from Smealum's site, then put the Soundhax files onto your SD, and use Soundhax to launch into the HBL before updating your OoT3Dhax.


As for the Dai Gyakuten Saiban translation, I look forward to it, and I'm happy to do any testing required.

I had forgotten someone was translating this one. Capcom is a real bunch of motherfuckers.
Anyway, if this translation is eventually released and as good as the Ace Attorney Investigations 2 one was, it will make the full series available to gaijins. (If we forget the NDS Ace Attorney Encyclopedia "Gyakuten Saiban Jiten".)
