Profile picture doesn show and that line cant be changed

Ive tried everything

I have a profile picture that does not show up. Ive gone through most of this code, and it doesnt make a lot of sense to me.

I cant change your goign to want that cowbell fellas,

and profile picture doesnt show up

I want to change the the line, which Ive tried already.

I looked for an admin page or site discussion to no avail.

Does your picture follow these guidelines:
Your avatar must be no bigger than 100 pixels by 140 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 80 KB.
The following file types are allowed: gif,jpg,jpeg,png,txt
?

What "line" are you referring to? You mean the title shown below the avatar / above the rank badges?
You won't be able to change that until you hit 500 non-spam posts.
Once you do, just go to "Edit Profile Information" in your Controls and you'll be able to change it.

There are no known issues with the profile controls so please make sure the host you're using as an image host allows hotlinking and that the absolute URL to the image is used,

Are you setting a personal photo in place of an avatar by any chance?
