Hacking problems with xenoblade chronicles

well, i got xenoblade, but it doesn't work.
on wii menu, it says that an error has occured and asks me to eject the disk
neogamma r9, timeout
gecko, no dvd found...

any suggestions?
whatever you need to know, just ask, but be clear of what you need and where exactly i can find it.
