Hacking problems with mario and luigi 3

still have some problems in the overworld and battling

never mind about entering the battle but it seems that some action commands don't appear in battle and also im not able to use moves in the overworld.

every time i try to start an a adventure , both screens become black and when i'm using Ysmenu ,I cant battle becaue it frezzes up when i'm about to battle. can someone help

have you applied the cheat-code that evades the anti-piracy protection?

If not, a quick google search (or the latest cheat.dat from cheats.gbatemp.net) may help you out.
