Hacking Problem :(

OK so im running 4.0u with cIOS38v14 and use USB Loader GX.

I was flicking through the games and dropped the wiimote when i poked my head up POW! Black screen with a bunch of numbers. And that happens every time I try a loader.

So any ideas? Am I buggered? Oh, im also using a Seagate 250gb and the Wii barely likes it normaly but it works most of the time anyway.
