im having a problem when i try to make my own sakura skin.
i've replaced all the pictures with my own pictures, but whenever i tried to make it into a .skn file, the programs comes up with an error which can't be read( is all "????????")
the pictures are 8-bit and the size are all correct.
any help? pls
