the original hard drive in the ps3 slim i have had a bad sector and so i bought a new 500gb drive as a replacement. the problem is everytime i try to install the firmware off the usb it gets stuck at 99% installing and doesnt go past that. ive tried reformatting the usb, reformatting the hard drive on my pc. but everytime it just gets stuck at 99% installing and never restarts. i tried reformatting the original (one with bad sector) hard drive and it installed just fine. any ideas to get it past 99%?
