Hi there. If got this problem after updating to W10: my graphic card's controller was correctly installed, but it allways said it had an error and worked with the CPU to give me some graph, but you know, it's not the same (and not good at all for the CPU). For now I'm staying in W7, and I just realize i can ask here if anyone knows something.
I'm using a AMD Radeon HD 6650M, and my laptop is a HP Pavilion dv7-6020ss.

I had a similar issue with my NVIDIA GTX 970 after I directly updated to Win10 from Win8.1 (but not when installing a fresh version of the Windows 10 Preview OS). It doesn't seem to port over video drivers very well all the time, and there might be Win10-specific drivers. I found this tool, the Display Driver Uninstaller, extremely helpful. Just upgrade to Win10 as normal, then follow the instructions on how to use the DDU. Afterward, simply reinstall your support software (such as Catalyst) and let it or Windows download the appropriate drivers. You could also simply delete/update your current driver through Device Manager, but I found that to be somewhat unreliable, since it leaves things behind, whereas DDU doesn't.

Nice! I'll try it when I have some time (upgrade to W10 is not something you do in a breack). Lots of thanks. I someone know other solution, you're inveted to say it since I'm gonna upgrade again and try this out. If this does not work, It'd be nice to have more options.

No problem. Let me know how things turn out, if you want. Good luck!
