Hi, I’m having a problem with my Switch (the red edition, the Mario Odyssey one). The thing is, when I have both Joy-Cons attached, it always asks me to connect one or the other. If I use one, it tells me to connect the other, and if I use the other, vice versa.
It’s not too frustrating in the menu, but when I start a game, the left Joy-Con doesn’t work. The only way to use both is to detach them. If I attach only the right one, it usually works, but if I attach the left one, it stops working.
What’s strange is that if I go into the settings and check the controllers while they’re attached, it recognizes all the buttons I press. It’s a very weird issue. Do you know what could be causing it and how to fix it?
