Hacking Problem with EZ flash

Umm hi i´ve had my acekard 2i a long time and now i wan´t to expand my collection to also the Ez flash 3 in 1. But i have 1 problem. I´ve found 1 retailer who sells it but it´s in the US, so my question is will a NTSC Ez flash 3 in 1 work on my PAL NDSL and my PAL acekard 2i?
