Hardware Problem whit U8 tool

Can some body tell me about to this
U8 Tool
&H8007007E (-2147024770).
after i install the FM20.dll i have put the dll to u8tool folder to it still says the same error message

@AntiStarTemp don't be mean with the GBAtemp users, because someone (like me) will help this person that has this trouble... and I have the solution for OP's problem
