Hacking HowardC Tools runtime errors, help please!

Hi to everyone!

I have this big problem with all of the HowardC Tools (these tools that allows me to exract U8 files, make custom save icons, edit VC brlyt files, inject save titles, etc...): all the time every time I run any HowardC program it always throws me the error "Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument" and other errors such "Run-time error '13': Type mismatch" and does not let me use it.

I already have all those necessary files installed on my Win10 PC but still throws me those errors and won't let me continue.

I have tried to reinstall all the plugins, remove viruses from my computer, I even restored the system... and nothing And I don't know what to do, please help!

Nevermind, I've solved it.
I reinstalled since zero my Windows 10 OS on my computer, thanks to the guidelines of a Microsoft agent.
