ROM Hack Probably a silly question about DS Lite, but...

I've a DS Lite and a R4i Gold Pro Card, is it some chance to play super mario maker or super mario 3d land with my hardware?
I know the games format are .3ds (and R4 is not compatible) but I don't understand if:
- DS Lite hardware is compatible with these games (first of all)
- Is there a firmware hack for DS Lite or R4 to play .3ds or .cia games
