Ive read online in order for all the games to work on my sky3ds i need 3 headers from each manufacturer so that would be C2, 45 and AE correct me if i am wrong. @Xenon Hacks

Correct but as tony said c2 has a 90% coverage.
 
You only need one header in order to play any game online with the Sky. The chip mfg can be changed in your template -- but the last two bytes must also be changed. If you use Sky Army Knife [hail @Foxi4 ] it will adjust the bytes for you in the template it creates.

I'll try! If you just drop your private header into all the entries on the Sky template, if your header came from a C2 cart it will work most of the time as most games are C2. AC:NL for example, is not. So you have to modify your template for that game.

Sky Army Knife lets you edit the template for a particular game instead of mass filling the entire template. When you change the manufacture ID and 'create' template, SAK adjusts the last two bytes of the template -- these are relevant to the template working. If you let SAK do the work, you can use any header for any ROM.
