Hacking Preloader question

The new preloader version on the preloader site comes with only one hacks.ini file, I know before you had to choose the correct ini for your system, is this not the case anymore, will one ini work for both PAL and NTSC, also is the hacks.ini just a set of preloaded settings that preloader will use?

Open the ini file and check if there are compatible hacks for your sysmenu.

one hacks.ini file can contain hacks for several menu versions, because each hack has a tag that describes for which version it is
