Please tell me the version of neek2o you are using. I'm actually working on plugins count, then I will look on this. Give me just 2-3 days ;)

I'm using rev 96. My real nand and both emunands are 4.2U. This is by no means a big deal because I can easily boot into the nands and play the games. Just thought I would share what I've found. I'll be patient my friend. Thanks for putting in all of your time and effort, it's been fun watching Postloader grow into what it is today.

Thanks! Tried that.

Well... Still takes ages to load.

As I said, postloader is already set to autoboot on the neek2o settings, the problem is when I exit a channel and it takes me to sm, I want it to take me to postloader to bypass the sm. It seems to be done by swapping the system menu app for neek2obooter.app, but I can't get it to work...

I tried almost every combination swapping the 0000009x.app with neek2obooter.app without success. It still takes me to the screen saying that system files are corrupted. Is the current neek2obooter unsupported or something? here's what i currently have in the "content" folder:

00000096.app
00000097.app
00000098.app
10000098.app
title.tmd

As I said, I want to return directly to postloader when exiting a channel on emunand. Is this the correct method? I already have the empty .ini file on the data folder.

You have to rename neek2obooter.app to 00000098.app. "System files are corrupted" message should came from system menu, so you have not replaced the system menu. You have 10000098.app... this is the real system menu, you have installed priiloader, and should be renamed sysmenu.app

Tried that. Now it just takes me to a black screen. What could be wrong? Btw, in using v96 neek2o and 4.3 sm

Thanks a lot!

Try to create the file /title/00000001/00000002/data/n2oboot.ini

it can be empty... in this way postloader should start. If n2oboot.ini doesn't exist, system menu will be loaded.

It is. I even tried downloading it and installing it again just in case. Same results.

I've noticed that when running a channel from postloader using the neek2o boot mode it simply takes me to postloader on neek2o, from where i have to run the channel again. Is this normal?

So, tried that. At first my wii just flashed the disk slot 5 times when launching neek2o. I deleted the content folder and tried again with a backup.

Now it's stuck for about 20 mins in a screen tha says:

"neek2obooter [1.0] is loading...
neek2obooter [1.0] by stfour
neek_PLNandInfo [begin]"

Edit: must've been 35 mins now. Still the same.

It is really strange, it seem to hang while trying to access to /sneek/nandcfg.pl file, that should be a basic operation. Try to remove the file and chkdsk the disc. I have no other idea. :(

That's strange. There is no such file. The only ones I have are:

nandcfg.bak
nandcfg.bin
nandcfg.ch

These files are on SNEEK folder on USB root

Sorry for taking so long. I wasn't home to check

nandcfg.pl is created by postloader... you can't create it by yourself. It is ok if it doesn't exist. Tonight I will try to build a version with more debug information, even if I don't think it is a "direct" problem of postloader.

Thanks! I'll give it a try as soon as I can. I'll edit my post when I test it.

Edit: I tested it. Black Screen. It seemed odd that the file inside the .zip is named neek2obooter.app instead of something like neek2obooter_dbg, like the previous one. Maybe you have inserted the original one by mistake?

Sorry for taking too long. I didn't have enough time to test it.

Edit2: I deleted the old emunand and created another one, this time a 4.1u sm, now it gives me this:

Hangs there.

Edit3: Tried again. Now, for some bizarre obscure reason. It works (loading from postloader on real NAND still gives me the same screen, tough). Thanks a lot stfour! Keep up the good work! Amazing app!!

Edit4: Whoa, a bunch of strange things: Loading a channel in neek2o mode from postloader on real NAND gives me that screen and hangs after that. Then if I load the neek2o NAND from nswitch channel it gives me this and takes me back to Real SM (reboots wii)

After that, if I load it again it gives me this and takes me to emunands sm:

image.jpg

Then, loading it again gave me the same and took my wii to standby, I was unable to turn it on or off without pulling out the plug.

After a few tries:

Then it takes me back to postloader on emunand.

Loading anything on neek2o mode postloader on real NAND still gives me that first screen.

Sorry, I miss you "modified" post :shy:

Thank you for the detailed report... let me see...

meanwile

yeah, especially if that plugin limit can be increased to 100 and also the use of "|" in argument :)

pl 4.4.16 test version

postLoader 4.4.16

* up to 256 different plugins are supported
* rom count is displayed in filter menu
* new plugin.conf format. The old format is compatible as the first digitig of definition line in plugin.conf is '0'
* added to grlib_menu the support for (<) (>) buttons
* added cfg_RemoveIndex/cfg_RemoveTag functions to cfg library

postLoader 4.4.15

* fixed "|" support in emulators. Use $ symbol

postLoader 4.4.14

* fixed support for multiple fat32 partitions

postLoader 4.4.13

* bhoooo ?!?

AbdallahTerro, can you try this version to check if it works with you plugin library ? Thank you ;)

DyCerBR, it is really bizarre the behavior of your emunand... are you sure that your emunand works fine ? If you remove any of my .app you can go in emunand system menu ?
