Go have some fun.
That internet thing often tends to be available on vacation. For all we know, he could be making that post from his mobile while riding a roller coaster.

True ! I'm in Sicilia, it's quite civilized...

Be carefully, it's probably controlled by the organised crime.
They will modify your sources so that it steals everyones Mii and passwords.

ROTFL !

Anyway I take the risk... it's a fantastic land !

I have only been there once for a day. (With a ferry from Malta.)
I believe the Etna is active again for the moment, or am I misinformed about that?

Yes it is, but actually, depending of the day, it is producing just some ash.

Don't forget to bring a bottle "fuoco dell etna" with you.
But we are getting off topic...

Small issue. Tried looking through thread, got upto page 5 and gave up.

Everything loads fine, picks up apps from SD and USB fine. If i Set to view Real NAND - works all good, finds all channels.
When I got to use Emulated NAND on USB is where i got a bit of a problem.
First time i tried rebuild update title from cache - it got to "found 9 titles" and then just froze.
Now if I try it, I get a black screen with a code dump every time.

Really wanted to try this out for VC/wiiware. Is there a limit on how many titles I can have?
quick note: this emu nand works fine on MC.

I have another issue, but it is probably just me doing something wrong...

When starting wiimc from postloader b29 (priiloader.dol as installed file in priiloader 0.7 236 mod from modmii) I cannot play DVDs. I get a invalid dvd error! If startet from HBC channel no problems.

Postloader says it is using IOS58 with ahbrot on top of screen so I do not believe it has to do be lack of ahbrot rights. I earlier had an issue with this resulting in another error in wiimc.

Any ideas?

Sound like a problem with a title name. Can you send me the nand.dat file you have in the root of your usb device ? Then you can delete it and postloader shoud start again..

There is no Nand.dat on the USB.

Postloader still runs fine, I can get into it, load titles/channels/etc, just when I go to load my USB Nand, and then "update titles" it'll say "enabling emulator" and crash. I tried it one more time and it did that and then got to about "found 9 channels" I think and crashed.

I used Showmiiwads to get a title list, so here it is:

Wii Shop Channel
Mii Channel
Internet Channel
Forecast Channel
News Channel
News Channel
Photo Channel 1.1
Mariokart 64
Zelda: Ocarina
Lylat Wars
F-Zero X
Yoshi Story
Wave Race 64
Kirby 64
Zelda: Majora's Mask
Cruis'n USA
Mario Tennis
Mario Part 2
Crstal Defenders R1
FFCC Darklord
Final Fantasy IV
My Life as a King
Graduis Rebirth
World of Goo
NyxQuest
LostWinds
Bomberman Blast
Overturn
Pokemon Rumble
FAST - Racing league
Bit.Trip Runner
Onslaught
Sonic 4 Episode 1
Swords and Soldiers
Toki Tori

The main reason for trying PL I guess was because Mighty channels doesn't have a working ocarina support. But I couldn't find or figure out how to use ocarina with PL, doesn't appear to be an option anywhere.

when i try to switch to channel mode it says
no titles found, rebuild cache

I can see what would be there in the menu where you can hide categories of channels, but I can't get channel mode..
it says to rebuild cache, but i don't see that option or function anywhere.
the only search result was a dead end on page 4..

What should I do to get to my channels?

@saoron

Cheats are available only when using emulated nand. Also under neek is not available. This will be changed in the next releases. When I will be back from holiday I will give you a test release to help finding where postloader crash during title scanning.

@killplaystation

Press home key on wiimote and select "NAND options"... rebuild is there.

oh thanks, I didn't see it up there.
now I just need to figure out how to disable the 10 second usb check. The option always says "disable" but no matter how often I hit it, still checks for 10 secs, even though there's a stick in the usb.
great program by the way, finally getting around to trying it

EDIt: also why are so many channel "covers" not there? seems like just the hombrew channels and forwarders, but also netflix
but since I can just autoboot netflix it shouldn't get the girlfriend on my case too much

Rebuild cache is doing nothing for me, my channels still don't show up. I only have default channels like Mii, Photo, etc. Does postloader skip this channels or am I doing something wrong?

@killplaystation

usb check can be skipped only if there is an sd card in the wii... covers can be downloaded from wiitdb... select "download covers" in NAND options menu.
