what is the point of multiple nands? just curious....
Separation of WiiWare and VC games or possible to separate NES from SNES or GEN from SATURN depending on your wants; but it made loading times alot shorter in the past for apps like Mighty Channels and Triiforce.

Will emulation be improved too?
I'm getting red error screens all the time trying to boot Wiiware from usb nand.

It happens on Bonsai Barber PAL if loaded with Postloader.
Channel loads fine through Uneek.

Normal boot method results in Wiimotes not responding/ unable to get past Wiimote warning load screen.

Use app loader results in a red error screen.

NOTE: I have more than 255 titles on USB nand.
Post loader only gets 255.

Edit: it looks like Triiforce needs to be updated, common problem for Bonsai Barber icw Triiforce.

Ok, I will try to replicate the problem.

postLoader channel limit is 1024, not 255... but never tried. When you update title cache how much channels you see ? Maybe the limit is on ISFS/emulation side... I will check.

Yes, I known that with 256 titles you have 16 pages

I was saying that pl should support (it is hard coded) 1024 channels (64 pages). There is no (conscious
blink.gif
) limit by me on 16 pages or 256 titles. I doesn't know why stop at 255 (256 ?). This is why I asked to you if when you rebuild cache you see the title counter ("Searching for channels: nn found...") go over 255 (it start from 0).

MC or triiforce are showing more then 256 channels for you ?

@Hielkenator

I've tested bonsai barber... it start but after showing initial menu a red message appears "An error occured. Refer to the Wii operations manual for details*"

(* LOL)

Is this the error you experience ? If true, this is related to nand emulation inside the cios. I think there is nothing I can do.

@Hielkenator

Tested with (much) more than 256 channels and works perfectly.

Maybe you have activated some filters ?

Alright stfour.....it is time for my monthy stupid question. (I am only allowed one a month) Awhile back I was using Joyflow for my uneek+di set up. It was kinda cool because it had the option for an actual IOS menu replacement.....would that be something possible for postLoader2 or not.....would be neat to have it as a true system menu replacement. Just curious....and that concludes my stupid question of the month.

Would also be cool if postLoader2 was capable of reading in Discex format...so all games (VC/Wiiware/Wii) would all be in one place in uneek+di.

An IOS menu...you mean the settings menu, right?

Well...I'd certainly like that as well (in fact, I asked if such a replacement homebrew already existed just because of your notion
smile.gif
).

As for discex...I don't see much added value there. Thanx to postloader, I'm never more than 1 click away from opening joyflow (or even zero clicks, if you set it to autoboot it), so rather than add a plethora of options that require lots of coding, I think it would be better to optimize what's already there.

PS: I'm far from sure, but perhaps using crap or similar programs to create game channels that launch a wii game may wield some interesting results.

I'm actually agree with Wever.

Anyway in about two days selectable nand folder will be out.

Then I will need to rewrite user interface to make it common for titles and channels. Actually it seems the same but it isn't. And it make hard to have much more customized themes and add another view (
rolleyes.gif
, I have two interesting ideas that I want test/implement )

Wiiload support is almost ready, but not completed. I think I will postpone it after ui rewrite.

I have no idea what I mean....I just know that Joyflow had the option to completely replace the system menu. So instead of installing a forwarder in Priiloader, you actually created a new system menu wad that included joyflow in it. Which made joyflow a true and complete system menu replacement.....

Also would crap work with sneek/uneek where games are discex?

Replacing the System Menu with JoyFlow was buggy and not recommended in the forums I believe; best to have kept it as a forwarder in priiloader.

Crap? like the old channel creator? I know discex is sneek/uneek format ready.

I figured as much but I have alot of trouble accessing priiloader in uneek...it frustrates the crap out of me.....as far as crap channels are concerned it looks as though they are only iso and wbfs compatible.....just thought it would be cool to have everything right in postloader.

When I was in that forum I posted about accessing Priiloader via installed channel. This will allow you unlimited time within the Priiloader menu fondling with all the options.

Hey, so noobie wii modderhere, with an already hacked wii from my brother with homebrew channel ands hitand d2x cIOS installer, so i was trying to run some old wii games i lost off of USB Loader GX, im aware that your supposed to use a usb drive, but currently the only drive i have is used for steam games and personal stuff so i'm gonna try running them off a 32 GB Fat32 SD Card that i use for all the wii mods i have, but when i try and launch skyward sword from usb loader gx, it goes black for a second then sends me back to homebrew channel? i just looked for guides on here and saw one that said to install CiOS v8 Final Base 57 onto slot 49? but it still does the same even after i do that
