Crap. Hopefully @PandaOnSmack has a solution.
I really hope so. :/
I'm 3/4 into the game and it'd be such a waste to start it all over just because I didn't check on the Key items, I didn't now losing them could happen when screwing aroudn with the trainer even though I didn't touch the Key items at all.

if anyone has a whole lot of amiiibos (better yet wolf link) could you search for values while scanning the amiibos? i wonder if there is a general "type of amiibo scanned" type value one could adjust to wolf link, or better yet, an unbefore seen other companion, it would be great if nintendo snuck in a secret companion for a yet-unreleased amiibo

Can you do me a favor?
Or anyone who has the key items I posted previously:
Sheika Slate, Paraglider, Mipha's Grace, Daruk's Protection, 19 Korok Seeds and 1 Spirit Orb.

Could you guys share the Item ID and Item names for those?

I believe they are as follows:
  • Obj_HeroSoul_Goron (Daruk's Protecion)
  • Obj_HeroSoul_Zora (Mipha's Grace)
  • Obj_DungeonClearSoul (Spirit Orbs)
I do not know what the item names for the Paraglider, the Korok Seeds nor the latest Sheika Slate are (I had v2 already, everything upgraded)
Could someone please check the names and the values in RAM?
You can check them in the Debug Tab easily, under the "Type" column, by Key items.

Will do give me a sec.

Thank you SO much!

I need the exact row for each one of those items, hopefully that might help to fix this issue and to @PandaOnSmack to hopefully add a fix for these kind of problems.

Mostly I need the exact item name and the item RAM location (address)

Obj_HeroSoul_Zora 43C8466C
Obj_HeroSoul_Goron 43C8422C
Obj_DungeonClearSeal 43C83BCC
Obj_KorokNuts 43C839AC
Obj_DRStone_Get 43C8488C

The DR stone get is the Sheikah slate and you're welcome. :)
I already restored Mipha's Grace!

:D :D :D

Here's what I did:
  • I got to a new Shrine
  • Completed the Shrine, got a Spirit Orb
  • With the new spirit orb saved in my inventory, I went ahead and changed the name of the item from Obj_DungeonClearSoul to Obj_HeroSoul_Zora
  • ???
  • Profit!
So I can grab new orbs and turn them into other key items.
I also did the same with a Korok Seed and it worked too.

So, Korok seeds I am keeping count of the new ones just to restore the exact number later, same for the Spirit Orbs.

I really hope this helps others to fix their issues with Key Items disappearing!

That's Great news! Hopefully you get everything back.

This is the only other thing I have:
PlayerStole2 43C83DEC
Yep that's it :)
It works!

My only question right now is, and I seriously don't remember.
When you get the Upgrade to the Sheikah Slate, does it appear as Sheikah Slate + on the Key Items menu? Or simply Sheikah Slate?

I'm having troubles getting pointers to work in Breath of the Wild.
Code:
30000000 4225B4AC
10000000 4C89FFFF
31000000 00000430
00100000 00000072
D0000000 DEADCAFE
Am I doing something wrong with this code?
I verified the pointer address and offset work.
It seems like it's just not running the code.

Is anyone else having issues with pointers with this game?

Anyone know how to get pointers working in Breath of the Wild?

Your "Hearts Restored" offsets for food doesn't seem to be working quite right. Here's an offset for Heart Restored: 0x43C868C8 @PandaOnSmack This is for the US version.

Never mind, I was wrong. It works.

I thought it was dynamic because when I restarted my wii u, the address changed. So i made my own

30000000 4225B4B0
43000000 46000000
00120430 00000078
D0000000 DEADCAFE

I don't think this area actually contains the horse statistics. I have dumps of 3 different horses and tried copying over some, or all, data from one horse to another. Nothing changes at all no matter what the values are set at.

Each horse is named after their filename
Thanx for looking in to it more I didn't have the time I had to go to work. Well that sucks back to more digging. Is there away to inject large amount of data into memory with JGecko U? The app for the 360 memory poking has it or atleast the oneI had.
